I have had the pleasure of being a client of Holly Gramlich for the past eighteen months. Holly’s Lake Effects is IDEAL for personal training and small group fitness classes (primarily CrossFit & yoga). Holly’s warm and inviting personality matches her training space. Paired with her 30+ years of fitness experience and the wide variety of training equipment, her lakefront gym truly feels like a wellness retreat. It’s an added benefit to be able to train on her lake and in her beautiful neighborhood, too. Holly loves the outdoors and expands her gym space to include the fresh air, water, and sunshine whenever practical. Plus, dog lovers will delight in seeing her 3 adorable and friendly little pups whenever they train at her gym. She also often adds fun extras like social events, competitions, and food challenges to keep us engaged and stretch our goals.
