Training Classes
Yin Yoga
Yin in is a more relaxed, grounding practice that will allow you to focus on your breath, mind, body and soul. It targets the deep connective tissues like your facia, joints, ligaments and bones. Most poses are usually held 3-5 minutes and are practiced seated or lying down. It is also a slow more meditative practice, which will allow you space to turn inward, and notice any thoughts and physical sensations happening in your body.
Personal Training
I design custom, individualized programs specifically suited for you. Progressive 50 minute sessions, will focus on your form and techniques for all exercises, target areas for improvement, help you learn specific movements, as well as, motivate and guide you to reach all your personal goals.
Group Fitness Training
Group personal training is a program that builds strength and endurance through constantly varied workouts. All workouts are based on functional movements that you use in every day life. Small groups usually <8 people/class.

Is Group Fitness Class right for me?
Yes of course. In our Group Fitness Class we focus on full body functional training which is a mix of strength training and cardio. Intensity is tailored to you fitness level and goals and everyone can benefit from this class.
What are the timings for personal training sessions?
Personal training sessions can be scheduled any day of the week and I have a number of time slots through out the day. Please feel free to reach out and we can surely find a time slot that works for both of us.
Is intro class really free?
Absolutely. Finding the gym that is right for your goals and taste is no easy task. The purpose of a free introductory group class is so you can experience the gym and its environment for yourself before we decide we are right fit for each other.
What is a consultation?
Everyone I work with receives a free consultation. I believe this is very important for us to connect and go over your goals, health history, exercise history, nutrition, current injuries &/or limitations, etc. Basically this hour is so I can learn all about you, so I can help you to the best of my ability.
