Why Group Fitness
Group fitness training is a program that builds strength and endurance through constantly varied workouts. All workouts are based on functional movements that you use in every day life. Workouts reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise (running, biking, rowing, skiing) and more. This means they are not only very effective, they are highly motivating and fun!
Workouts are also driven by data. By keeping records from each and every workout, you will be able to track your progress, have accountability to reach your goals and be motivated to reach for even more. Most importantly, a sense of community arises when people share their lives & achieve their best together. This is a key component of why this program is so effective. Members are here to support each other and become the best versions of themselves.
